Please follow these steps if you want to display your categories in alphabetic order:
Open the left-side menu by clicking on the three stripe lines on the top left corner
Click on Settings and select "PRODUCTS" tab
Enable the "Display categories in alphabetic order"
Your category tiles will appear in alphabetic order
