You have the 7Ci configured as a HID-Keyboard mode instead of the SPP mode.

Please make sure the barcode scanner is not connected to the tablet before
scanning the command barcode to set it to SPP mode! (See page 11 of http://www.socketmobile.com/pdf/data-collection/chs-7c_qs.pdf)

Once this is done, if you can head over to our POS app to the Settings > Barcode Scanner menu and click Search Scanner. When the scanner is recognized, then click on it and you should be ready to go.
