Here's how to refund a sale:

Step 1: Go to the Transactions page
Step 2: Look for the receipt ID of the sale to be refunded
Step 3: Click on the sale and choose Refund

Step 4: Choose the reason for the refund

Step 5: Select which products should be refunded
Step 6: You can also refund all the items by choosing Refund all
