Step 1: Login to your Lightspeed backoffice and add Countr POS app

Login to your Lightspeed backoffice. Go to the Apps tab and search for the Countr POS App in the 'Miscellaneous & Tools' category. Click on 'Install app’.

 Step 2: Approve app permissions

A new webpage opens up where you have to enter your Lightspeed credentials once again to approve the app permissions. Click on the 'Next' button on the first page and 'Grant Access' on the second page.

Step 3: Create your token

A webpage now opens up where you can register for an account with Countr. Fill in your details and have a look at the url of this screen. It will end with a section called token=. Copy the part after the =, this is your Countr token. 

Already have a Countr account? Click on the Countr app in your backoffice, the window that appears  will still display the token you need to set up. Copy your token, you will need it in the next step. 

Step 4: Set up the integration 

Login to your Countr Dashboard and on the left side menu, click Account > Integration. Select Lightspeed integration.

A new window will appear and here you need to fill: 

  • Your Lightspeed customer ID (you can find this in your backoffice)

  • The language of your backoffice

  • The token that you just copied

You can select sync options (sync transactions and sync stock) and when you are ready click ‘Save'

Congratulations! You have successfully connected your Lightspeed store to your Countr point of sale. All your products on WooCommerce will be synced automatically to your Countr dashboard. If you have any questions about this, please send us a message at support@countrhq.com.
